Our Co Owners
Terrestre Cocina Compasion is brought to you by Co owners Chef Ciara and Operational Manager Leyna. The concept started as a vegan pop up that could only be found on Saturdays at the farmers market and turned into the new spot in town for people to visit and indulge in a Creative Vegan Menu and Vegan Sushi Bar. Now there is finally another option for people who choose to eat plant based.
Our intention is to create the lowest waste possible by composting all of our scraps and we use that compost to nurture our food garden from where we collect some of the produce that we prepare for you.
Dine In or Take Out
We always love to see you in person, so come and visit us at the store and let us serve you some awesome food that is prepared with only the highest quality ingredients. If you decide to order take out you can rest assured that we are doing our best to use products that are eco friendly and/or compostable.
Seasonal and Local
We strive for our ingredients to be local with an agro-ecological focus and/or organic products. No matter what time of the year, we will be serving you the best of the season.
